Ali Carter

Ali Carter is a Certified Public Accountant with over 9 years of experience specializing in audit and assurance services. As a trusted advisor to businesses across various industries, she brings an exceptional level of expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Her deep understanding of audit procedures, combined with her strategic insights, enables her to deliver thorough and reliable financial assessments that drive business success.
Throughout her career, Ali has led complex audit engagements for companies ranging from employee benefit plans to non-profit organizations to small to midsize financial institutions, ensuring the transparency and integrity of financial information. She is skilled at identifying key areas of improvement, streamlining financial processes, and mitigating risks, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ali holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Stetson University. She is committed to staying ahead of industry trends by pursuing ongoing education and actively engaging in professional development and holding memberships in organizations such as the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs, ensuring her clients receive the highest standard of audit and advisory services. She is also active in several trade organizations serving the not-for-profit and community banking sectors.
In addition to her technical proficiency, Ali is passionate about mentoring and empowering other women in business as well as young professionals, contributing to a more diverse and inclusive professional landscape. She is actively involved in Manatee Young Professionals as well as the Manatee Chamber and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
Ali currently serves on the Board of Feeding Empty Little Tummies, Inc. (F.E.L.T.), the First Presbyterian Church Finance Committee and the FICPA’s Young CPA Committee.
