Volunteer Opportunities

We have several opportunities for the community to get involved and support our mission. Here are some of the ways YOU can make a difference.

Fridays: Backpack Day!

This is our most popular volunteer opportunity.  Individuals of all ages are welcome to meet at our warehouse to help fill backpacks with nutritious meals for children to take home over the weekend. We also regularly need delivery drivers.

Every Friday during the school year from 9:30 am to 11:30 am (Except on school holidays).

Wednesdays: Warehouse Day

On Wednesdays, volunteers work in the warehouse to prep food stations for packing day. Duties may include moving and unpacking boxes, counting food items, and other similar tasks.

Every Wednesday during the school year from 9 am to 11 am (Except on school holidays – see calendar above)

Junior Volunteer Program

Our Junior Volunteer Program is designed for high school students looking to make an impact while earning community service hours for scholarships.

We welcome volunteers of all ages, but those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Events and Fundraisers

We can always use help with events and fundraisers. Whether you’re helping with planning and set-up, collecting raffle donations, or representing us in the community, your contribution can make a big difference!
