Kevin Almendual

Kevin has a passion for our community’s children and a pragmatic drive for action that fosters results.

Kevin is a fifth generation Floridian born and raised in Tampa Florida. He began his career as a plumber, in Tampa and quickly escalated to executive level within the plumbing and air conditioning industry.

Kevin owned a mechanical and plumbing construction business for 12 years and is currently executive vice president of Randall Construction in Tampa with over 300 employees and a $29 million plus book of business.

Kevin, a resident of Parrish, Florida since 2008, was a charter member of Parrish Rotary Club that was chartered in 2018. He served as President of the club for 3 years, and started a Rotary Ramp Up Program providing Handicap ramps for people with mobility issues. 

He is a member Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini catholic  church, Parrish and 4 th Degree Knight and Chancellor in  Knights of Columbus, a 2020 Mentor member in “Take Stock in Children”, and mentoring at Manatee County  at East Lake high school

Kevin enjoys boating, sporting clays, and hunting. He is married to Nancy for 11 years, with 3 adult children, and 4 grand children, who live in Parrish, Bradenton, and Tampa.
